Address: Thomas T. Watson 156 Memorial Drive McCormick, SC 29835-4118 Telephone: 864-391-2661 Email: MP720Project@wctel.net To Email Photographs or Documents Scan and attach one photo or one document to an E-Mail and send it to the History Project Manager at the email address listed above. When Scanning Photographs Color Photos: Scan at 100% with a minumum resolution of 300 dpi (dots-per-inch). B&W Photos: Scan at 100% with a minumum resolution of 300 dpi (dots-per-inch). Slides: Do not send slides, I do not have the ability to convert them, and the expense is beyond my budget for maintaining this website. Have them scanned (save as .JPG) onto a disk by a commercial retailer and send me the original disk or a copy. I will return all original disks to the sender. If you pay for the conversion I will be more than glad to reimburse you for the postage, please include a request. Please DO NOT PRINT a color or B&W photograph or color document from you computer and send it. No matter what quality the printer is the resolution will not be of the quality needed for me to scan and work with for posting on the website. When Scanning Documents Color or B&W: Scan at 100% with a resolution of 150 dpi (dots-per-inch), save as .JPG The recommended resolutions allows the Project to properly enlarge, clean, or crop the photo or document so it can be displayed on this website with the best definition available. When Sending By Mail Or Other Carrier Service Use the mailing address listed above: Please package the materials in a proper carrier to insure they will not be damaged in transit. Include a list of the materials with all available pertinent information on each. All original photographs or documents will be returned ASAP in good condition.
