The 2010 Reunion will be held at Washington, DC during the Memorial Day Weekend from Friday 28 May - Tuesday 1 June.

Transportation & Directions
The closest airport is Washington National – Ronald Reagan (DCA). The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service ONLY from Washington National Airport. Please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area. For those of you driving to the reunion, you will receive a special parking rate of $10 overnight for self parking for the duration of the reunion.

   If you are a 2010-2011 Reunion Association Member disregard this step and continue to Step-3.

   If you are not a member or have yet to submit your 2010-11 dues, you must join/update to be eligible for the Association 2010 Reunion rates program. Click on the link to the right. Print out the membership form, check the appropirate membership status block, and mail with a dues check to the address provided.

   To reserve your room by phone call the hotel directly at 703-486-1111 between 9-4 pm EST. Be sure to ask for in-house reservations, and the 720th MP Battalion Reunion rate.

Hotels Registration Perks

Group members are entitled to: a special price of $10.00 (per person) for the American style full breakfast buffet in the dining room; a 20% discount anytime you use the hotel dining room for other meals; each adult member of the group is entitled to one (1) complementary cocktail in the Lobby Lounge each evening; a reduced rate of $10.00 per day in the hotel underground parking garage. it is not reserved parking, first come first served. Vehicles over 6’8” cannot fit into the garage. Valet parking is also available.

The reunions are family friendly events and wives, children, and grandchildren are welcomed. You may also invite guests.  Non family guests and active duty members of the U.S. Army 720th MP Battalion, Fort Hood, TX, need not be association members but will be required to pre-register through the association to participate in any pre-paid events, use the Hospitality Room, or attend the Memorial Banquet.  Walk in registrations will not be accepted.

If you have scheduling conflicts, you need not register for all five days to participate.  If you live close enough to commute each day, you will still have to register for participation in the scheduled events and use of the Hospitality Room.  Only participants with Reunion Passes will be granted access.

For those with a physical disability that require assistance, notify the hotel if you require a room meeting Americans With Disabilities Act specifications.  Also, the Hotel is just outside the city and one half block from the nearest Metro (subway) Line.  Visits to the various Memorials and Museums requires a lot of walking.
