Music was a very important part of the overall morale of the soldiers in the Battalion, especially during overseas and wartime deployments. In some instances the music was also politically controversial, especially during the later years of the Vietnam War, 1968-1973. For visitors that were born after the Vietnam War era, songs from both sides of the political argument are presented for your historical review and evaluation.
Some of the songs listed are linked directly to related Battalion photographs from the era. Some were also "cross over hits" so they may appear in either list. The protest songs are identified by the red text.
