League, Jr. of Charlie Company, 720th MP Battalion, HQ & Service Group, GQH, Tokyo, for his quick action in saving the life of a young Japanese boy. The young boy jumped from a bridge into the Sumida River in a suicide attempt on 15 April 1950.
