Photo G0076: Members of the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) Village Popular Forces with their sound truck used to announce the time and location of the Medical Civic Action Program's (MED-CAP) to the villagers in the 720th MP Battalion, 89th MP Group, 18th MP Brigade Tactical Area Of Responsibility in Bien Hoa Province of III Corps Tactical Zone, Vietnam in May 1968.
