Photo G0125: When the B Company MP’s were constructing the strong point on Hill-15, “C” (Combat) Ration’s were the standard affair for all three daily meals. To break up the monotony they would occasionally purchase or trade for their dinner with the local duck farmers that traveled the back river. The outpost, located at the intersection of the Buong and Bien Go Rivers, was used as a base of operations for the B Company, 720th MP Battalion, 89th MP Group, 18th MP Brigade, ambush and recon squads that worked in the eastern sector of the 22 square mile battalion Tactical Area Of Responsibility in Bien Hoa Province, III Corps Tactical Zone, Vietnam in 1969.
