Photo G0191: SGT Edwin Lucas, (kneeling) NCOIC of the 720th MP Battalion, 89th MP Group, 18th MP Brigade Civilian Personnel Office poses with the graduates of his Translator-Interpreter course given on Long Binh Post in Bien Hoa Province of Military Region III, Vietnam in 1969. The advanced English instruction was geared for local citizens who work at USARV and MACV HQ or at the Long Binh IBM facility. The other soldier in the back row is unidentified.
