Photo G0825: SP/4 Allan Portnoy, B Company, 720th MP Battalion, Vietnam, showed some imagination by building this toiletry caddy from styrofoam in October 1966. Unfortunately his platoon sergeant didn’t think it was appropriate because it wasn’t Army issue and he had to dispose of it. Courtesy of SP/4 Allan M.
