Photo G0825: SP/4 Allan M. Portnoy, B Company, 720th MP Battalion in his tent on Long Binh Post, Bien Hoa Province, III Corps Tactical Zone, South Vietnam showed some imagination by building this toiletry caddy from styrofoam in October 1966. Unfortunately his platoon sergeant didn’t think it was appropriate because it wasn’t Army issue and he had to dispose of it before the next inspection. Courtesy of SP/4 Allan M.
