The young children of the Vietnamese workers hired to fill the sand bags for the new bunker replacement at the A Company, 720th MP Battalion, 89th MP Group, 18th MP Brigade Bearcat Detachment located in the joint 9th Infantry Division - Royal Thailand Army Volunteer Forces Base Camp during the week of 15 July 1969.
