Franklin, Jr. of A Company, 720th MP Battalion, 89th MP Group, 18th MP Brigade and ARVN security guard at Camp Widder, 5th Special Forces Group B-Team 33 & ARVN Airborne, located in An Loc (Hon Quan) area of Binh Long Province, III Corps Tactical Zone, west of Saigon, Vietnam. Camp Widder was the location of a two man A Company Detachment in 1967-1968. The detachment MP's were assigned to assist the local National Police with training.
