Photo G2496: With legalized prostitution registration and control in Vinh Long City a responsibility of the area Provost Marshal, a medical team was assigned to the B Company, 720th MP Battalion, 89th MP Group, 18th MP Brigade Vinh Long City Detachment in Vinh Long Province, IV Corps Tactical Zone, Mekong Delta Region of Vietnam in 1971. Their jeep was identified on the windshield frame as the “Penicillin Patrol.” Beneath it on the front above the radiator grill was the name "CPT Culp + The V.D. Crew."
