Photo G3243: Rear of the Military Assistance Command Vietnam (MACV) 2 building in Vinh Long, Mekong Delta, IV Corps Tactical Zone in 1968. The building housed the 148th MP Platoon, 188th MP Company, 92nd MP Battalion until November 1968 when they moved to the U.S. Navy villa on Highway 4 outside the city. The pock marks in the wall were from small arms fire during the Tet Offensive. The ground floor was occupied by a unit from the II Field Forces Searchlight Platoon. Courtesy of SP/4 Fred L.
