During his tour of April 1969-April 1970, SP/4 Miller served a short stint as the company clerk, served as a handler in the Long Binh Detachment, Long Thanh North Detachment, both in Bien Hoa Province, and the Vung Tau Detachment in Phuoc Tuy Province, all in Military Region III .
