Moore, Jr., followed by other yet identified officers, crosses the parade field for the 18th MP Brigade Change of Command Ceremony on Long Binh Post in Bien Hoa Province of III Corps Tactical Zone, Vietnam on 21 November 1967. BG Moore, Brigade Commander and U.S. Army Provost Marshal General Vietnam passed responsibilities to the newly arrived BG Karl W. “Big Gus” Gustafson. BG Moore will be picking up the reigns as the new USA-EUR (United States Army Europe) Provost Marshal, the command that BG Gustafson held prior to being assigned to Vietnam.
