BG Harley L. Moore, Jr. the Brigade Commander and U.S. Army Provost Marshal General Vietnam passed responsibilities to the newly arrived BG Karl W. “Big Gus” Gustafson. BG Moore will be picking up the reigns as the new USA-EUR (United States Army Europe) Provost Marshal, the command that BG Gustafson held prior to being assigned to Vietnam.
