Photo G0494: The MP is trying to decide the safest way to get out in the intersection and stop the traffic on the way to Tay Ninh, Vietnam in October 1969. The three wheeled Lambrettas were suicide machines in heavy traffic. They were often jammed with up to a dozen people. At times traffic like this would slow the Tay Ninh Convoy to a crawl.
