Photo G0651: From October 1966 through 1967 the 720th MP Battalion was utilized to supplement the night perimeter security of the new Long Binh Post, Vietnam, logistical base, particularly the 3rd Ordnance Battalion Ammunition Supply Depot. The newly constructed base at that time had plenty of perimeter and few tenants to share the responsibility. This photo was taken sometime in mid to late 1967 after the post perimeter was improved and extended. Photo Courtesy, SP/4 Charles R.
