PFC Clair lloyd Westlake, Jr., age 21, of Mexico, Missouri, died from injuries received as the result of a jeep crash on or about 31 December 1968.

On 3 January 1969 at 5:30 PM a Memorial Service was held at the 89th MP Group Chapel on Long Binh Post for PFC Westlake.
