At the start of 1995 the 720th MP Battalion was headquartered subordinate to the 89th MP Brigade at Fort Hood, Texas.

~ January ~

410th MP Company 410th MP MP Company deployed from Fort Hood, Texas, to the US Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in response to the Haitian refugee crisis in support of Operation Sea Signal, Joint Task Force-160 (JTF-160).

15-25 May, Operation ICE-X, Fort Hood, Texas With the buildup of coalition forces for Operation Desert Shield/Storm, the 411th MP Company was assigned to participate with A Company, 163d Military Intelligence Battalion in Operation ICE-X. The operation was a realistic training exercise in enemy interrogation, document exploitation, counterintelligence and enemy prisoner of war processing and confinement, and familiarization of unique unit automation and communications equipment. The operation was conducted in Fort Hood.

2 December While visiting the U.S. Military base in Baumholder, Germany, President Clinton Orders U.S. Troops to deploy to Bosnia. While Army troops stationed in Germany make up the bulk of the U.S. force, Pentagon sources confirmed that at least 2,000 Army troops from 12 units based in the United States are also packing for Bosnia. Among them: 750 troops from the 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, NC.
