During his tour as commander the Battalion was headquartered at Fort Hood, Texas subordinate to the 89th MP Brigade. LTC Porier commanded the Battalion during its deployment in Operation Iraqi Freedom I, with Task Force Iron Horse, 4th Infantry Division (Mechanized) 2003-2004. |
On 9 June 2004 LTC Poirier passed command of the Battalion to LTC Robert M. Taradash. |
