There is no contact information for the next of  kin.

       On 17 June 1966, PFC Ronald Barry Walker, age 20, from Chicago, Illinois, was assigned to harbor security duties on a patrol boat on the Saigon River when he fell overboard and the weight of his equipment and weapon pulled him under a crane barge in the muddy fast running tidal waters. His body was recovered.
