Reflection I recall meeting SGT Johnson for the first time at Camp McGregor (Fort Bliss, TX) at our pre-mobilization training site in July of 2012. She demonstrated the true Army Values by helping a soldier that was "reaching out" for help during a trying time in his life. I met with the soldier and SGT Johnson at the Camp McGregor Chapel and we discussed how to care for this soldier. She was a true NCO leader that cared for her soldiers and she will be deeply missed. I pray for the other soldiers daily and that God will continue to cover them and their families. Donna will be missed! CH (CPT) Rex E Hipp 505th EN BN/ Zone 6 Chaplain Camp Arifjan, KU APO AE 09366 |
