Our group banquet is Saturday night (November 12th) at 6:00 p.m., with a scheduled business meeting at 5:00 p.m., immediately preceding the Memorial Service and meal. Menu choices are listed on the registration page.

The Crystal City Metro station is very near the hotel and the hotel will provide complimentary shuttle service to the station, as well as to the shops at Pentagon City

Shuttle service to and from Reagan airport for those flying to the reunion will also be available.

Lest we forget
They say: Our deaths are not ours; they are yours; they will mean what you make them.
They say: Whether our lives and our deaths were for peace and a new hope or for nothing we cannot say; it is you who must say this.
They say: We leave you our deaths. Give them their meaning. We were young, they say. We have died. Remember us.

Soldiers of The Gauntlet of all eras and MOS....The information gathered through this website, 1942 through current deployments, is vetted, catalogued, and archived for eventual transfer to the Regimental History Unit so future Soldiers of The Gauntlet and other researchers will have access to a concise and thorough history of the Battalion, its soldiers and their many sacrifices and achievements.

Your contributions of unclassified official documents from all eras, such as rosters, orders, morning reports, after action reports, operations reports-lessons learned, and photographs, as well as personal stories & reflections and related memorabilia is very important and always appreciated. For information on how to contribute your history, contact the History Project Manager through Email Links provided on any of the Timeline Pages.

It would be a shame to let your personal service go unrecognized.
