720th MP Bn. Association 2022 Reunion
720th MP Battalion Reunion Washington D.C.

Reservation deadline is no later than October 1, 2022; however, we only have a block of 40 rooms so please make your reservations as soon as possible. No deposit is required, only a credit card to guarantee your room, and you can pay directly to the hotel. Special events such as the banquet and the transportation to the ARMY MUSEUM at Fort Belvoir are to be paid in advance by check payable to:

Room Rates: $149 Single and $159 Double, plus tax. Complimentary wi-fi and reduced parking of $20 per night are included; also, all rooms are non-smoking.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Thursday, November 10th; and, check out is noon Sunday, November 13th. The group rate is available two days before and after, based on availability.
A fair number of reunion attendees are staying until Monday, November 14th to avoid the Holiday weekend traffic.
A hospitality room will be provided for the entire stay beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday until Saturday. Attendees will be allowed to BYOB into the hospitality suite, as the Association will not be providing beer or wine, etc. The logistics of hauling cases of beer, wine, soda, etc., has become burdensome.
The Reunion Association will provide a hot and cold buffet on November 10th (7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) in the hospitality suite. There will be no fee for attendees.
Motor Coach transportation will be provided by the Association for travel to the Vietnam Memorial on Friday, November 11th at 11:00 a.m.. We will depart the Memorial at 3:00 p.m. to return to the hotel.
Saturday, November 12th we will depart the hotel at (approx.) 10:00 a.m. for those who wish to visit the Army Museum at Fort Belvoir, VA. (approx. 30-minute bus trip) and return to the hotel around 3:00 p.m.
Our group banquet is Saturday night (November 12th) at 6:00 p.m., with a scheduled business meeting at 5:00 p.m., immediately preceding the Memorial Service and meal. Menu choices are listed on the registration page.
The Crystal City Metro station is very near the hotel and the hotel will provide complimentary shuttle service to the station, as well as to the shops at Pentagon City
Shuttle service to and from Reagan airport for those flying to the reunion will also be available.
